Welcome to July 2025 - Month of Divine Preparation Part 2!
Luke 22:7-13 NKJV
[7] Then came the Day of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover must be killed. [8] And He sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat.” [9] So they said to Him, “Where do You want us to prepare?” [10] And He said to them, “Behold, when you have entered the city, a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house which he enters. [11] Then you shall say to the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?” ’ [12] Then he will show you a large, furnished upper room; there make ready.” [13] So they went and found it just as He had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.
Job 11:13-17 NKJV
[13] “If you would prepare your heart, And stretch out your hands toward Him; [14] If iniquity were in your hand, and you put it far away, And would not let wickedness dwell in your tents; [15] Then surely you could lift up your face without spot; Yes, you could be steadfast, and not fear; [16] Because you would forget your misery, And remember it as waters that have passed away, [17] And your life would be brighter than noonday. Though you were dark, you would be like the morning.
II Chronicles 12:13-14 NKJV
[13] Thus King Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem and reigned. Now Rehoboam was forty-one years old when he became king; and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the Lord had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put His name there. His mother’s name was Naamah, an Ammonitess. [14] And he did evil, because he did not prepare his heart to seek the Lord.

[24] There are four things which are little on the earth, But they are exceedingly wise: [25] The ants are a people not strong, Yet they prepare their food in the summer; [26] The rock badgers are a feeble folk, Yet they make their homes in the crags; [27] The locusts have no king, Yet they all advance in ranks; [28] The spider skillfully grasps with its hands, And it is in kings’ palaces.
II Chronicles 31:11-12 NKJV
[11] Now Hezekiah commanded them to prepare rooms in the house of the Lord, and they prepared them. [12] Then they faithfully brought in the offerings, the tithes, and the dedicated things; Cononiah the Levite had charge of them, and Shimei his brother was the next.
Luke 12:47-48 NKJV
[47] And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. [48] But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
Joel 3:9-12 NKJV
[9] Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war! Wake up the mighty men, Let all the men of war draw near, Let them come up. [10] Beat your plowshares into swords And your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’ ” [11] Assemble and come, all you nations, And gather together all around. Cause Your mighty ones to go down there, O Lord. [12] “Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.

[18] For behold, I have made you this day A fortified city and an iron pillar, And bronze walls against the whole land— Against the kings of Judah, Against its princes, Against its priests, And against the people of the land. [19] They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the Lord, “to deliver you.”
II Chronicles 35:4-6 NKJV
[4] Prepare yourselves according to your fathers’ houses, according to your divisions, following the written instruction of David king of Israel and the written instruction of Solomon his son. [5] And stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the fathers’ houses of your brethren the lay people, and according to the division of the father’s house of the Levites. [6] So slaughter the Passover offerings, consecrate yourselves, and prepare them for your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the Lord by the hand of Moses.”

[9] On the first day of the first month he began his journey from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month he came to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him. [10] For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel.
